As a member of this high-potential network within the LTIMindtree group, you will have access to significant learning and growth opportunities, with a clear path to join the global field sales team. This team is responsible for defining the annual customer acquisition strategy in collaboration with sales teams and leading key sales support activities such as demand generation, campaign management, and proactive go-to-market initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct account research and build databases.
- Generate high-quality meetings with prospects in the US.
- Prospect and research using multiple channels, including email, cold calls, LinkedIn, Twitter, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare business pitches and propositions for CXO-level audiences.
- Play a critical role in building a robust pipeline with highly qualified opportunities in targeted verticals.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, while understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Perform market research and stakeholder mapping.
- Identify key decision makers within customer organizations—such as executive sponsors, technical buyers, economic buyers, and influencers—to create stakeholder maps and communication plans for shortlisted solutions and competence building.
- Collaborate closely with geo sales teams.
- Regularly update the knowledge base and share insights with the demand generation and global sales teams.
Must Haves :
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development within the IT services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong email etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with cold calling and a solid understanding of the sales cycle is a plus.
- Understanding of technology sales.
- Proactive and aggressive approach to qualifying new opportunities.
- Extensive knowledge of sales cadence.
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM IST)
