At Akaththi Farms , we’re opening applications for Project ROOT — Real-World Observation & Ownership Trial for the role of Founder’s Office Intern (Administrative Track).

This is a 14-day paid journey where you’ll work directly with the Founder, experiencing how multiple pieces of a fast-moving agri-tech startup fit together from accounting and vendor coordination to order management, operations, and customer delivery.

• Some days you’ll be handling invoices.
• Some days, you’ll be tracking logistics or scheduling procurement.
• Other days, you’ll simply observe — how decisions get made, how clarity is created, and how calm holds things in place.

At the end of 14 days :

Who can apply :

Graduates or postgraduates in Business, Commerce or related fields who can handle multiple domains — accounting, orders, customer coordination, and operations.

You love taking ownership, bringing structure to ideas, and learning how everything connects.
