Founder'S Office - Operations & Communications Intern

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Communication Intern to assist in managing the daily backend operations of our e-commerce brand. The role involves order tracking, stock audits, production coordination, and customer communication. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and process management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Management : Monitor daily orders from placement to dispatch, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stock Audits : Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular inventory checks, and update reports.
• Production Coordination : Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth production and replenishment timelines.
• Customer Communication : Handle customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure positive service experiences.
• Data & Reporting : Maintain and update operational trackers and reports using Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.
