Job role :
- Drive Credit Card business acquisition through designated channels.
- Generate business from Bank Branches, Point of Sales (Indian Oil Petrol Pumps and PVR INOX Stores) through DST team, Corporate Salary Accounts, and Car Loan Departments
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding sourcing channels.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the on-ground sales team (DSTs) to deliver consistent results.
- Monitor performance metrics& ensure productivity as per defined parameters.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team capability.
- Coordinate closely with Branch Banking, Corporate Salary, and Car Loan teams for lead generation and business conversions.
- Maintain strong working relationships with partner outlets (e.g., Indian Oil, PVR INOX.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth process flow and timely issue resolution.
- Ensure superior customer experience during the entire sales and onboarding process.
- Address customer queries and grievances promptly and effectively.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (preferably Credit Cardsor Consumer Banking products).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused professional.Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Skills Required
