Experience Design Senior Associate Program Management

As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design Strategy Team you will promote the creation and delivery of a scalable Design Development Program for entry-level designers in India and the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement innovative practices that support the growth and success of junior design talent.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale cross-functional programs to recruit engage and develop junior-level designers
• Provide subject matter expertise to teams across HR Recruitment Design Product Technology and Data & Analytics
• Communicate and facilitate meetings to ensure progress clarify next steps and resolve barriers
• Develop and facilitate onboarding and development workshops for junior designers
• Create compelling presentation materials and resources for internal and external audiences
• Oversee vendor onboarding and manage program and vendor budgets in compliance with firmwide policies
• Define track and report on program impact using qualitative and quantitative measures
