Associate Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices (OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns).
• Mentor and guide a team of developers; perform code reviews and provide technical oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and UI / UX designers.
• Drive the development and integration of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Manage project timelines, technical risks, and deliverables.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategies.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
• Oversee version control practices and CI / CD implementation using Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, etc.
