Designation - Sr. Manager - Strategic Sourcing (Export Oriented Company) - Chemical trading company.

Qualification - Science Graduate / + MBA Preferred

Total Experience needed - 8 - 10 yrs

Duties and responsibilities

• Identification of New Sources
• Evaluation of New & Existing Sources
• Building strong relationship & development of sources
• Development of product wise sourcing strategy
• Preparing & conceptualizing annual / periodic sourcing plan
• Timely buying positions based on market intelligence
• Creating network for appropriate information & structure to capture market intelligence routinely
• Ensuring timely & consistent availability of product Increasing share of contractual sourcing / Formula pricing
• Maintaining Inventory efficiency. Responsible to deplete inventory
• Sourcing of Key , Non Key, Raw Materials & Packaging Materials.
• Sourcing of New Products
• Suggesting new products to NPD and evaluating the new products to be launched by the company
• Order risk review & managing risk return ratio
• Market specific representation & agreement to augment sales
• Payable management
• Supplier satisfaction & complaint redressal
