About the Role

We are looking for a

Sr. Manager – Sourcing [Wovens]

to lead sourcing operations with a focus on

womenswear woven fabrics . This role is critical in ensuring

cost-effective procurement, vendor partnerships and onboarding, Negotiation, costing, and continuous improvements in sourcing processes . You will collaborate with product, design, and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods while staying ahead of industry and material innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for woven fabrics in womenswear.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers through market research and performance metrics.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for reliable and quality supply.

Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews, driving improvement plans.

Manage the sourcing budget, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

Travel to explore new fabrics, vendor facilities, and production capabilities.

Solve product development and production challenges with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

(MBA or certifications like CPSM, CIPS preferred).

7+ years in sourcing / procurement , with 5–6 years in a leadership / managerial role.

Proven experience in developing successful sourcing strategies.

Strong

negotiation, supplier management, and contract management

skills.

Excellent

analytical and problem-solving abilities

with attention to detail.

Womenswear woven fabrics experience preferred .

Passion for

fashion, fabrics, and supply chain innovation .
