Key Responsibilities :
Creative Strategy & Scriptwriting
Write engaging User-Generated Content (UGC), testimonial-style, and product advertisement scripts for D2C performance ads.
Develop hook-driven, concise scripts for Reels, UGC, and paid ad creatives tailored to influencers / creators.
Research audience pain points, emotional triggers, and trends to fuel creative angles.
Create structured short-form scripts using frameworks like PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solution) and AIDA.
Shoot Execution & Production Management
Translate scripts into full-scale creative briefs for shoots.
Collaborate with and direct creators / influencers to bring scripts to life with the right tone, energy, and delivery.
Oversee end-to-end shoot execution—pre-production planning, on-set direction (if needed), and coordination with video editors.
Ensure shoots are optimized for Meta ads (proper hooks, framing, duration, CTA placement, and compliance with ad policies).
Performance & Optimization
Review creative performance data (CTR, watch time, conversions) to refine future scripts and shoots.
Run A / B tests on scripts and content formats, adapting creative strategy based on results.
Stay updated on trends, storytelling styles, and platform algorithm shifts.
Requirements :
Proven experience creating performance ads or UGC content for D2C brands (agency or brand-side).
Strong track record in scriptwriting + executing content shoots (not just ideation but hands-on execution).
Deep understanding of emotional copywriting, buyer psychology, and product positioning.
Experience managing creators / influencers and ensuring ad-ready video output.
Familiarity with A / B testing, performance metrics, and iterative creative improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven creative environment.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads best practices.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Bonus : Experience in wellness, consumer goods, or footwear space.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Creative Impact : Scroll-stop rate, hook effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
Performance Metrics : CTR, conversions, ROAS.
Execution : Smooth end-to-end management of shoots (from script to final asset delivery).
Testing & Iteration : Measurable improvements through A / B testing.
Adaptability : Fast turnaround on revisions and responsiveness to feedback.
