Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the development and execution of high-impact creative assets across presentations, sales enablement materials, digital ads, event branding, video, print, and social platforms — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Define and lead the strategic direction of all creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while championing the brand's visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and executive teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies and visual narratives.
• Leverage performance insights and feedback to continuously iterate and optimise creative execution across channels.
• Represent the design function in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions, advocating for the role of design in driving business impact.
• Manage and maintain a centralised repository of creative assets and templates to ensure consistency and version control across teams.
