What You ll Do
- Develop compelling brand narratives and creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ideate and execute multi-platform campaign ideas (digital, social, video, offline) that drive engagement and brand equity.
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels.
- Lead creative brainstorms, brief internal / external creative teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Use market research, audience insights, and trends to inform content and creative direction.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies for better results.
What We re Looking For
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, or campaign planning, preferably in a digital-first or consumer brand environment.A portfolio or track record of end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to launch.Deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital trends.Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills the ability to translate strategy into powerful creative.Strong collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.Self-starter with a bias for action and a sharp eye for creative quality.Skills Required
