As Vice President – Business & Content , you’ll be the one shaping conversations in boardrooms, pitch rooms, and creator circles alike. This is a role for someone who can hold their own with clients, command a room with sharp thinking and sharper wit, and lead teams into the future of content.
You’ll sit at the intersection of business, storytelling, and culture —helping brands unlock opportunities they didn’t even know existed. From IPs to influencer ecosystems, branded films to big-picture transformation, you’ll be steering both vision and execution.
This isn’t about running accounts. This is about re-writing them.
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-stakes brand conversations and mandates where content is the engine, not the afterthought.
- Be the go-to consigliere for senior clients—anticipating moves, spotting opportunities, and bringing bold ideas to the table.
- Hunt white space—drive IPs, creator collabs, and new business streams that push culture forward.
- Build and orchestrate the full content play —from insight to idea to impact.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with creative, strategy, and production leaders to make storytelling frameworks that punch above their weight.
- Own growth and revenue across key accounts and new ventures.
- Build a team that’s hungry, sharp, and unstoppable.
- Represent us with confidence—whether it’s a client pitch, a partner negotiation, or a platform panel.
Who You Are
A storytelling business leader from a content studio, creative agency, digital platform, or brand-side role.You know the world of branded content, influencer ecosystems, IP creation, and platforms inside out.You’ve led transformation—whether that’s in business models, creative direction, or team structures.You’ve handled complex, multi-stakeholder content productions and lived to tell the tale.You’ve got swag —the kind that comes from expertise, instinct, and presence.You’re as comfortable with creators as you are with CMOs.Entrepreneurial in mindset, unflappable under pressure, and always playing the long game.
