Job description

• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Aware about operational knowledge of all 4 products OCEAN EXPORT / IMPORT & AIR EXPORT / IMPORT
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Involve in solving issues at escalation levels
• Regular checkpoints to be done at all operational level
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
• Managing all export and import shipments
• Dealing with shippers / consignees requirements
• Dealing with truckers and customs clearance brokers
• Dealing with agents worldwide
• Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.
• Good relation with shipping Lines
• Able to Build new team of operation
• Tracking DSR and preparing Managerial reports as per the company requirement
