Food Whisperer is a fast-growing food brand focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, scaling operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management
Manage operations across all kitchens, outlets, and delivery zones.
Develop and execute expansion strategies and scalable systems.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery, customer service, and support.
Implement performance metrics and drive accountability.
Customer Experience & Quality Control
Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Supply Chain & Inventory
Oversee procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics.
Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.
Financial Management
Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Forecast budgets and report performance metrics.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience :
7–12 years in F&B, cloud kitchen, QSR, or hospitality operations.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.
Skills :
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.
