Title : Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller)

Role Objective :
To connect with school decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointmentsfor the BDE team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to schools from CRM-provided data
- Pitch the value of Marcos Quay programs and schedule meetings
- Follow up with warm leads and support BDEs with reminders
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM
- Support digital outreach (email, WhatsApp) as required
