Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - Gujarati speaking, located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, following up on leads, and conducting surveys in Gujarati. The role involves maintaining customer records, providing information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. The Telecaller will need to meet daily and weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Gujarati and proficient in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
