Job Summary :

We are seeking a driven and strategic

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

to oversee sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and strengthen the company's market presence through effective planning, execution, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Lead, train, and manage the performance of the regional sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer / distributor networks
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to streamline operations
• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Conduct regular field visits to support team and ensure market coverage
• Organize product demonstrations, roadshows, and local marketing campaigns
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies
