Job description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities,

managing existing client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires a

proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of

building strong client relationships and effectively presenting the value of our products / services to

potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Generation :

o Identify and research potential leads and new business opportunities through

various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, industry

events).

o Initiate contact with prospective clients, qualify their needs, and effectively present

the company&39s products / services.

o Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective

clients, both in-person and remotely.

o Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales

targets.

o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the

assigned territory / market segment.

Client Relationship Management :

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding

their needs and providing exceptional service.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries,

resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

o Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Market Research & Analysis :

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

o Analyze sales data and market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales

strategies.

o Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on

customer needs and market demands.

Reporting & Administration :

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions,

and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for

management.

o Manage administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing proposals, contracts,

and work orders.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor&39s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or

equivalent practical experience).

Experience : 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Automotive / Auto

Ancillaries.

Skills :

o Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Strong negotiation and closing skills.

o Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients.

o Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a

team.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced

environment.

o Add any industry-specific skills, e.g., technical understanding of software,

knowledge of specific regulations, etc.
