Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager at Radio Urja 89.6 FM in Singrauli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills

Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
