Purpose :
To deliver Good Earth's unparalleled customer experience in the boutique luxury retail environment by curating personalized journeys for each guest. This role goes beyond sales, it is about being a stylist and storyteller who inspires customers with the art of living beautifully, weaving product stories into experiences that resonate with their lifestyle and home.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Customer Experience
- Act as a home style advisor and storyteller, interpreting Good Earth's collections into meaningful, aesthetic recommendations for customers.
- Curate product stories that highlight craftsmanship, design inspirations, and cultural roots.
- Ensure a warm meet-and-greet approach so every customer feels valued and personally attended to.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and translate them into tailored solutions for their home.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) and displays in the Home category to reflect the brand's storytelling and aesthetic standards.
- Resolve customer escalations gracefully, with empathy and tact, escalating to Shop Head when required.
Business & Operations Responsibility
Own and deliver monthly category sales targets through consultative selling and storytelling-led engagement.Build and nurture relationships with both new and repeat clients, turning them into loyal advocates of the brand.Monitor and analyze category performance, proactively suggesting solutions for gaps in sales or customer engagement.Keep a close check on inventory availability, stock-outs, and replenishment needs to ensure seamless customer journeys.Support Shop Head and Floor Manager in upkeep, maintenance, and operational excellence of the Home section.Collaboration
Inspire and lead by example through high performance, creativity, In store customer Insights and positive energy.Maintain excellent working relationships with in-store colleagues, backend business, marketing, and HO support teams.Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the Home category reflects seasonal stories and brand campaigns.Work with the Floor Manager to uphold hygiene, presentation, and experiential standards across the store.CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Background in luxury retail, styling, or interior / home décor advisory preferred.Strategic thinking aesthetic sensitivity and love for craftDigital fluency (CRM systems, WhatsApp clienteling, analytics tools)Strong storytelling ability to connect product narratives with customer aspirations.Passion for design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle aesthetics.Excellent interpersonal, communication, Styling and consultative selling skills.Positive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a boutique luxury retail setting.Skills Required
