Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules, strong knowledge of finance business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules.
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, and Project Accounting.
- Provide functional support for integrations between Finance and other D365 modules.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions based on best practices.
- Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
- Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations and integrations.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in Finance ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O Finance.
- Strong functional expertise in key Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank).
- Good understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (requirement gathering to go-live).
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification(s).
- Experience with Power BI, LCS (Lifecycle Services), Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Exposure to global implementations with multi-entity, multi-currency, and localization requirements.
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 is an Summary & Responsibilities :
- D365 F&O FINANCE - Finance and Accounting, Budgeting 10+ years of Consulting, Implementation and L2-L3 Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Accounting.
- Good to have 1+ year of experience in SCM domain and Technical experience.
