We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Description :

• Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 functional Consultant.
• Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Configure the Dynamics 365 platform : entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, etc.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and assist in solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-

end solutions.
