Field Executive – Partner Onboarding & Management

Doorush is a rapidly growing on-demand home services platform delivering trusted maids, cooks, and household help in just 10 minutes. With strong early traction and expansion plans, we're looking for driven professionals to join our team.

Position : Field Executive – Partner Onboarding & Management

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit, onboard, and train service partners
Ensure partner satisfaction and adherence to standards
Support field operations and business growth

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (Graduates preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Prior experience in sales / operations preferred
