Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join Doorush as Field Executives .

You will be the face of the company on the ground , responsible for onboarding service partners (maids, cooks, helpers), verifying details, assisting them with the app, and ensuring smooth local operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit different areas to identify and onboard potential maids, cooks, and helpers as Doorush partners.
  • Explain the Doorush app , registration process, and earning model to partners.
  • Collect and verify KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, etc.).
  • Support partners in installing and using the app properly.
  • Coordinate with the operations and support team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Help resolve any field-level issues faced by partners.

  • Freshers welcome — no prior field experienc
