About the role
Join our Overseas Placements team and help deliver a standout candidate experience for international opportunities. You’ll coordinate end‑to‑end hiring activities—scheduling across time zones, keeping our ATS up to date, managing documentation for visas / work permits, and ensuring smooth onboarding for candidates traveling abroad.
What you’ll do
- Own coordination across the hiring lifecycle : CV screening support, interview scheduling, feedback chases, and offer logistics for overseas roles.
- Be the candidate’s point of contact : share role briefs, prep candidates for interviews, and maintain timely, clear communication.
- Manage documentation : assist with collection / verification of passports, credentials, medicals / background checks, and visa / work‑permit paperwork in partnership with internal teams / external agencies.
- Keep data clean & current : update requisitions, stages, notes, and reports in the ATS / trackers; maintain high data hygiene.
- Post and promote jobs : draft and publish compelling job ads on LinkedIn and other portals; coordinate sourcing campaigns with recruiters.
- Report on progress : maintain daily / weekly trackers (pipeline health, time‑to‑interview, offers, joins) and flag risks early.
- Support onboarding & travel coordination for selected candidates (joining formalities, ticketing coordination with relevant teams, joining confirmations).
- Partner with stakeholders : hiring managers, recruiters, compliance, and client contacts to meet agreed SLAs.
What you’ll bring
[1–4] years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations (international / overseas hiring is an advantage).Strong time‑management , attention to detail, and comfort with high‑volume coordination.Confident communicator in English (additional languages a plus); professional, candidate‑first approach.Hands‑on with ATS / HRIS and MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter / job portals.Flexibility to work with multiple time zones (occasional evening / early‑morning calls).Basic understanding of global hiring compliance and visa / work‑permit processes is a plus.What we offer
