Note : This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Responsibilities :

• Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Hands-on practice with job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write effective job descriptions and post jobs on different platforms.
• Work on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare ATS-friendly resumes.
• Conduct mock interviews and gain feedback from industry experts.
• Assist in live hiring tasks with clients to gain real exposure.
• Learn CRM, Excel & Google Sheets for HR operations and reporting.
• Participate in career counseling sessions & mock interviews.
