Job Title : HR – Talent Acquisition Intern

Location : Santacruz (West), Mumbai (On-site role – Only Mumbai-based candidates may apply)

Employment Type : Internship (Full-time)

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR – Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team at Fashion TV . This is a dynamic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment , employer branding , and end-to-end hiring operations within the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support :

  • Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, candidate communication, and interview feedback collection.

    • Employer Branding

  • Support in executing campus hiring initiatives and career events.
  • Assist in content creation for HR campaigns across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).

    • Documentation & Compliance

  • Help with maintaining candidate databases, onboarding documentation, and HR records.
  • Ensure timely communication and compliance throughout the hiring process.

    • Reporting & Analysis

  • Track hiring metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate feedback.
  • Prepare weekly reports on recruitment status and intern performance.

    • Requirements

  • Degree or Dipolma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for recruitment and people processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools is a plus.
