Job Title : HR Intern (Recruitment)
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced HR Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Process
- 1. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- 2. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- 3. Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Job Advertising and Promotion
1. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.2. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.3. Build a strong employer brand for the company.Recruitment Administration
1. Coordinate new hire orientations.2. Assist HR staff in gathering market salary information.3. Assist in the planning of company events.Collaboration and Communication
1. Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process.2. Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring.Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in Recruitment would be an added advantage.Skills and Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools.What We Offer :
