Use your talent network, talent mapping, and industry connections to uncover hidden stars and stay one step ahead.

Deliver a transparent, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience : sharing feedback, honest updates, and keeping candidates engaged from start to finish.

Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects and programs that shape how Visa hires technical expertise globally.

Tackle challenges head-on—anticipating obstacles, proposing fresh solutions, and identifying trends and opportunities at scale .

What We’re Looking For

Experience sourcing technical talent in high-growth or enterprise environments.

Proficiency using modern sourcing tools and methods to engage both active and passive candidates.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and recruitment metrics.

Confident in building relationships and influencing recruiters and business leaders.
