Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

  • MBA / Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ months or more experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition in product engineering , infrastructure engineering or related domains and 6+ months experience of event management or have experience in managing programs or events during their educational tenure

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter tool
  • Experience as a master storyteller to attract and hire top talent
  • Experience being a strategic advisor on talent related matters
  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online / social media
  • Knowledge of the web / Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaborator - possess the ability to build and nurture relationships amongst team members, partners and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Program Management verbiage, processes and tools
  • Self-starter - is able to comfortably manage through ambiguity
  • A multi-tasker - is able to run multiple programs / projects concurrently
