Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- MBA / Masters degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ months or more experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition in product engineering , infrastructure engineering or related domains and 6+ months experience of event management or have experience in managing programs or events during their educational tenure
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with applicant tracking systemsExperience recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter toolExperience as a master storyteller to attract and hire top talentExperience being a strategic advisor on talent related mattersStrong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online / social mediaKnowledge of the web / Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidatesExcellent communication, time management and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent collaborator - possess the ability to build and nurture relationships amongst team members, partners and stakeholdersFamiliarity with Program Management verbiage, processes and toolsSelf-starter - is able to comfortably manage through ambiguityA multi-tasker - is able to run multiple programs / projects concurrentlySuggested Skills : 1.
