Role & responsibilities :
- Provide fact-based, strategic, brand centric point of view to inspire deeper consumer understanding.
- Communicate the voice of the customer including attitudes, behaviours, motivations, and pleasure and pain points. 3. Connect the dots to build integrated, inspiring and insightful category growth stories to inform business decisions.
- Offer foresight & data insight, helping to shape the future through strategic thought leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for conducting consumer research
- Find, collate and evaluate relevant information and data from across the client's organisation, the technology market / competitors and the retail landscape to support the development of marketing and product strategy, the development of successful campaigns and the evaluation of marketing performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing teams (Product, Marketing, Campaign, Creative, Social, PR and Digital) to identify insights needs, plan appropriate solutions and deliver actionable inputs. Both strategic and tactical.
- Design, execute, analyse and present primary and secondary market research projects (Qualitative, Quantitative, offline, online, ad hoc, longitudinal, co-creation, workshops etc.
- Oversee all aspects of data collection, including survey design, programming, sampling, fieldwork, and analysis
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data to generate insights that inform business decisions.
- Design and implement customer segmentation strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the consumer insights function
- Manage relationships with agencies and partners in cost effective manner
- Able to drive best performance out of while keeping projects within budget and on time, for primary and secondary market research projects
- Collaborating with different teams such as Sales, marketing, creative etc.
- Partner with the internal Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all analytics are executed and meet required standards
