Role Overview
We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer Insights team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career and keen to learn how consumer research can drive brand, product, and marketing decisions. You will support the execution of research projects and help uncover insights that shape how we connect with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Recruitment : Identify and onboard relevant consumers for interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
- Database Management : Maintain a structured repository of consumer contacts, past research findings, and insights.
- Interview Coordination : Manage scheduling and logistics for consumer interviews and feedback sessions.
- Transcripts & Notes : Organize and work on transcripts and notes from interviews and discussions for analysis.
- Qualitative Research Support : Assist in preparing discussion guides and helping with thematic analysis.
- Quantitative Inputs : Help design basic surveys and use simple analysis to support / validate hypotheses.
- Market & Trend Monitoring : Track competitor activity and consumer trends in the wellness and Ayurveda space.
- Documentation : Help create clear and structured presentations or summaries of research findings.
Who You Are
1–2 years of experience in consumer research, marketing, or any role involving direct consumer interaction.Exposure to basic research techniques – qualitative or quantitative (internship experience counts).Comfortable using Excel, Google Forms / Sheets, PowerPoint; any exposure to research tools is a bonus.Strong communication and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and build a strong understanding of consumer behavior.Show more
