Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategy & Insights Manager to lead our India hub. In this role, you will be responsible for converting complex model outputs into simple, actionable business insights for senior client stakeholders. You will manage a small team of analysts and work closely with our US Partner to deliver boardroom-ready recommendations .

This role is ideal for someone with experience in analytics consulting / insights roles (Fractal, MuSigma, ZS, NielsenIQ, Tredence, Accenture, Deloitte etc.) who wants to step up into a strategy + AI translation position.

What You'll Do

• Lead the India-based business interpretation team supporting global clients.
• Translate causal AI model outputs into clear insights, growth opportunities, and ROI impact stories .
• Work with the US Partner to prepare executive-ready presentations for CxOs.
• Manage client deliverables across time zones, ensuring quality and timeliness .
• Coach and mentor junior analysts on storyboarding, client-ready narratives, and visualization best practices .
• Contribute to building templates, playbooks, and frameworks for scalable delivery.
