Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring in Non-IT domains such as BPO, Sales,
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
- Organize and execute mass recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring (Non-IT).Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Prior experience in BPO or high-volume hiring is a plus.Benefits :
