What is BrightChamps?

A global live-learning edtech platform for kids from 6 to 16 years to learn next-gen life skills such as Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills and Robotics. BrightCHAMPS is currently valued at $650 million with a $63 million investment, and services 30+ countries (India, Indonesia, US, UAE, Vietnam, and many other countries across SEA and MENA) in 12+ languages across its 4 verticals.

What is this role about?

Setting goals : Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts

Creating plans : Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress

Building the team : Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople

Providing guidance : Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support

Motivating the team : Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met

Analyzing data : Using sales data to make important decisions

Managing accounts : Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives

Running reports : Completing sales reports and other administrative work

Leadership Skills : Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve their goals.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and expectations.

Sales Techniques : Proficiency in various sales techniques and strategies.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Time Management : Efficiently managing time and priorities for both oneself and the team
