Human Resources operation Specialist

Urgent Opening – HRO Department(Associate to SME Level) | Leading Shared Services | Gurgaon

Role Objective :

Support end-to-end HRO lifecycle (Hire to Retire) activities, focusing on Data Entry & Pre-Payroll operations for the MEA region , including new hire setup, payroll inputs, terminations, attendance management, and employee data updates in ERP systems, ensuring SLA adherence on TAT and accuracy.

Key Accountabilities :

• Hands-on experience in HRO – H2R processes
• Proficient in HR ERP tools (SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Manage employee data transactions and payroll inputs
• Handle email queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain process accuracy, TAT, and compliance with SLAs
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Shift Details :

For Specialist level Success Factor is mandatory.
