Job Title : HR RecruiterLocation - GurugramExperience - 1-3 yearsJob Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsDraft and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessmentsConduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for further roundsMaintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systemEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processParticipate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment drivesProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and metricsStay updated with industry trends and best hiring practicesKey Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionFamiliarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesPositive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
