Role Summary : We are looking for a

Senior HR Manager

to lead and scale our People function. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong performance systems, implementing OKRs across teams, and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Own end-to-end hiring process across departments (marketing, ops, supply chain, tech, creative)

Build a strong candidate pipeline through internal and external channels

Partner with leadership to define hiring plans and org structure

OKR Implementation

Roll out company-wide

OKR (Objectives and Key Results)

system

Work with team leads to define quarterly / annual goals aligned to business vision

Run monthly and quarterly OKR review cycles and maintain visibility dashboards

Performance Management

Drive bi-annual performance review process

Design appraisal, feedback, and growth systems

Align compensation, incentives, and learning programs to performance

Culture & People Development

Promote a culture of accountability, clarity, and ownership

Organize team offsites, learning sessions, and engagement initiatives

Act as a strategic advisor to founders and department heads

Who You Are :

6–10 years of experience in HR; preferably in

D2C, consumer, or startup ecosystems

Strong exposure to

OKRs, KPIs, and performance systems

Hands-on experience in recruiting across levels and departments

Strategic thinker with execution muscle and empathy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
