Role Overview :
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services across industries like IT, EdTech, Recruitment, and Staffing. You will work closely with the leadership team to meet revenue targets and build long-term value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate HR / IT / recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in business development / sales, preferably in IT services, EdTech, or HR / Staffing industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.What We Offer :
