We specialize in digital solutions including custom development, analytics (Power BI, AI / ML), digital platforms, and enterprise transformation projects, delivering premium solutions with the agility of a high-growth firm.
We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales / Strategic Growth Leader to own Innovantes' expansion in Automotive, Healthcare, and Enterprise IT verticals across India, Middle East, US, and ANZ markets. This is not a typical sales manager role - it is a senior leadership mandate with direct founder visibility, complete ownership of growth, and significant upside.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own a - 5-7 Cr annual revenue target in Year 1.
- Develop and execute account strategies across targeted OEMs, pharma, healthcare, and enterprise accounts.
- Engage with CXOs (CIO, CTO, Head of Digital Transformation, CMO) to drive consultative solution selling.
- Lead the entire sales cycle - from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to shape solutions aligned to client needs.
- Build and manage a strategic pipeline of - 20+ Cr annually.
- Represent Innovantes at industry forums, conferences, and client events.
What We're Looking For :
8-15 years of experience in enterprise IT / digital transformation / analytics sales.Proven track record of closing multi-crore deals and achieving revenue quotas.Strong network in Automotive OEMs and / or Healthcare enterprises (preferred).Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and CXO engagement skills.Entrepreneurial mindsetWhat We Offer :
