As we grow, we’re seeking a Business Development + Client Servicing Manager who can lead the relationship, conversion, and servicing pillars of our studio — ensuring couples experience us as the gold standard of wedding storytelling.
Role Overview
This hybrid role combines relationship-building, client servicing, and business development .
You will be the first touch and ongoing anchor for couples, planners, and vendors — guiding them through the enquiry, booking, and delivery journey.
This is about people + process + perception — handling the emotional side of weddings while keeping systems tight.
Think of this as the role that protects our brand promise : elegant, seamless, premium experiences for every couple and planner we work with.
Core Pillars of the Role
1. Client Servicing → The Single Point of Confidence
Be the SPOC post-booking for couples & families.Manage expectations, timelines, and communication so clients feel supported and informed.Handle queries with warmth, professionalism, and precision.Guide the client journey from first call to final delivery.2. Business Development → Building Relationships & Driving Growth
Handle incoming leads and enquiries with elegance and speed .Conduct thoughtful discovery calls — consultative, not transactional.Build & nurture relationships with wedding planners, venues, and influencers .Represent the studio in meetings, networking events, and on-ground at weddings.Identify collaboration & upsell opportunities during the client journey.3. Process Ownership → Tracking & Reporting
Maintain lead trackers, payment follow-ups, and project sheets.Ensure smooth handover to Creative Producers for execution.Track conversions, enquiry sources, and planner / vendor insights for the founder.Build a reputation internally for being organized, proactive, and follow-up proof.You Are the Person Who :
Can walk into a wedding and instantly own the room — from couples to planners to internal teams.Understands that luxury weddings are emotional marathons , not 9-to-5 jobs.Loves being at the intersection of people, process, and premium experiences.Stays calm under pressure — but knows how to drive results without being pushy.Believes that every interaction shapes brand perception .Who This Role Is For :
Someone with 0-3 years in client servicing, sales, partnerships, or BD (weddings / events / hospitality / creative industries preferred).A strong communicator — warm with clients, confident with planners / vendors .A person who enjoys both relationship building and structured execution .A proactive, system-driven personality — Google Sheets & trackers don’t scare you.A relationship-builder who’s also commercially aware — can handle quotes, follow-ups, and negotiations elegantly.Someone passionate about weddings, aesthetics, and stories — not just “closing deals.”Mumbai-based and ready for a high-energy, high-responsibility role.Who Should Not Apply :

Key Responsibilities in Detail :
Be the first voice and ongoing contact for assigned leads & clients.Conduct consultative discovery calls — understanding emotional & logistical needs.Lock quotes, share decks, handle follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.Coordinate with planners, venues, and vendors for access, timelines, and logistics.Maintain trackers, payment schedules, and delivery logs.Represent the studio on-site during key wedding days or client-facing events.Collaborate with Creative Producers for smooth execution and post-production flow.Provide insights to the founder about lead sources, planner performance, and market trends.What We Offer :
