We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead the Aftermarket lubricants business in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader responsible for driving sales, enhancing distribution, and ensuring the overall profitability of the region. This role requires a professional who can formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, manage a team, and effectively utilize resources to achieve aggressive business Responsibilities
- Sales and Profitability : Achieve sales targets and ensure the profitability of the region by formulating and executing a regional sales strategy derived from broad directives.
- Distribution and Market Penetration : Design and implement a robust distribution strategy in consultation with the zonal head to improve market penetration and expand the business's reach.
- Target Setting and Management : Set targets for the primary network with due regard to volume growth, outflow, and the extraction of market potential.
- Team Leadership and Development : Direct, motivate, coach, monitor, and appraise subordinate staff to maximize individual and team performance and increase overall efficiency.
- Budget Management : Ensure the optimal allocation and effective utilization of the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget.
- Strategy Implementation : Ensure the effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, and campaigns at the regional level.
- Market Intelligence : Establish and maintain a strong market intelligence system to gather information on competitors and the overall business environment.
- Health and Safety : Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are strictly adhered to within the region.
- Expense and Network Control : Plan, budget, and control all expenses with effective monitoring systems. Map and analyze the secondary network and take suitable action to ensure its stability and Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably within the lubricants or a related aftermarket industry.
- Proven experience in formulating and implementing successful regional sales and distribution
strategies.
