Job Description

We are looking for a Carrier Onboarding Coordinator to help build out our network of carriers! In this role, you will grow and scale the project44 carrier network with a strong focus on truckload carriers.

Key Accountabilities

• Own and manage internal workflows to ensure efficient onboarding of carriers into the project44 network
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and test carriers' connections to resolve any incidents that may impact their performance metrics
• Lead carrier / capacity provider / vendor meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Managers, Engineering, etc.) to reduce time to go-live and increase satisfaction for project44 customers and carriers
• Proactively report and / or escalate risks to project leadership

Requirements & Preferred Skills

In-office Commitment : This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays weekly.
