Job Description

• Client Relationship Management : Cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Client Advocacy : Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Needs Assessment & Solutions : Understanding client goals, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized support and tailored solutions, which includes GenAI solutions.
• Strategic Planning : Proactively developing and executing strategies to expand the client base, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth in line with Client needs.
• Market Awareness : Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisions as per industry Trends proactively.
• Business Development : Identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities from solutions / services and provide additional value to our clients.
• Performance Monitoring : Gathering client feedback and analyzing data to assess satisfaction levels and inform strategies for improvement.
