Senior Manager HR Operations & Employee Experience

Responsibilities
At Zyeta, we believe employee experience and talent success go hand-in-hand. As a Senior Manager HR Operations & Employee Experience, you’ll operate at the intersection of operational excellence, cultural stewardship, and people development. While your core focus will be on HR operations and employee experience, you’ll also collaborate closely with the HRBP to align on workforce planning, talent movement, and development priorities — ensuring Zyeta remains a people and efficiency first and growth-oriented organization.
Your Impact Area :
1. Employee Engagement & Experience Design
Spearhead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of Zyeta’s flagship engagement initiatives—monthly connects, R&R programs, cultural milestones, and experiential campaigns—ensuring they are meaningful, inclusive, and aligned with business rhythms.
Own the end-to-end design of the onboarding experience—from welcome kits and cultural rituals to integration journeys—crafting a seamless, emotionally resonant first impression that reflects Zyeta’s values and voice.
Act as the experience architect for large-format events (townhalls, offsites, festive celebrations), driving everything from theme ideation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to detailed program flow, vendor management, and live execution.
Maintain an innovation mindset—refreshing engagement formats, curating new experiences, and staying ahead of workplace culture trends to elevate internal brand perception and team morale.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Admin, and Design teams to ensure experience design is cohesive, immersive, and flawlessly delivered—every time.
2. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
Drive seamless execution of the entire employee lifecycle,including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and system updates.
Ensure data integrity and process alignment across payroll, Zoho People, leave & attendance, and asset tracking.
Lead probation tracking and closure processes, with timely feedback and coordination with people managers.
Oversee insurance onboarding, claims support, and policy communication.
3. Talent Management Support (in partnership with HRBP)
Collaborate with the HRBP - Talent Management to :
Identify internal mobility opportunities and facilitate movement conversations.
Align on key development priorities surfaced via performance discussions or manager feedback.
Roll out succession planning frameworks and support data collation and analysis.
Co-own visibility of HiPo employees, ensuring engagement and retention measures are supported.
Act as a bridge between operational HR and strategic talent interventions, ensuring no gap in the employee experience.
4. Function Support & Vendor Collaboration
Act as the day-to-day HR partner for allocated departments—providing operational support, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Collaborate with Admin, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth support services across functions.
Manage vendor onboarding and SLA adherence for HR-related services (gifting, travel, events, etc.).
5. Process Innovation & People Ops Excellence
Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes for better efficiency and experience.
Bring automation, digitization, and simplification ideas to HR processes in line with evolving needs.
Lead or co-lead internal HR development workshops, including onboarding refreshers, tools training, or peer knowledge sessions.

What we expect :
A mature HR professional with 5+ years of experience in HR operations, engagement, or generalist roles.
Collaborative by nature, with experience partnering across HR verticals (especially talent or L&D).
Strong in execution, but also strategic in seeing the larger picture of people development and cultural alignment.
Experienced in tools like Zoho People, MS Suite, and comfortable working across digital HR platforms.
Process-driven, people-sensitive, and committed to delivering scalable yet human-centered HR solutions.
