About the Role
We are looking for an energetic HR Executive to manage employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This role will be the first point of contact for employees and contractors , ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding, induction, and HR calls.
- Coordinate documentation and vendor communication activities.
- Drive employee engagement activities.
- Handle contractor grievances and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews.
- Monitor the HR email inbox and ensure all queries are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and Delivery teams to resolve gaps or escalations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements :
1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement and onboarding.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proactive, approachable, and employee-focused attitude.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.Creative mindset to introduce fresh engagement initiatives.
