Effectively communicate with clients, architects, PMCs etc and value-sell our products. Handle presentations, requirement discussions, negotiations, competitor study, rapport building Diligently follow up for order closure, collect PO & Advance. Adding new channel partners Generating business from existing channel partners by supporting them and with Providing and updating channel partners with new products / systems by arranging training programs

Expert in the fields of specialized industrial, commercial & residential flooring.
Asst. Sales Manager is a person who is responsible for generating business for the company by finding new clients, developing Channel Partners, Generating Orders from them, Brand Building.
Employee responsibilities :
1.Generating Business Leads
- Generating, adding and updating database of ideal prospects.
- Networking, Building relationships with Architects, PMCs, Builders
- Building strategic alliances with suppliers of other products and services to the same
target segment.
