We are looking for a driven and strategic Sourcing Lead based in India to lead a team of offshore sourcers supporting our U.S. IT recruiting operations. This is a lead role for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, understands the U.S. IT talent market, and is passionate about developing sourcing strategies and delivering great candidate pipelines.

What You'll Do :

Sourcing & Talent Engagement

• Source and screen top IT talent for U.S.-based roles direct hire roles
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, and Boolean search strategies.
• Deliver qualified, interested, and available candidates to recruiters within 24–48 hours.
