Product Manager - Workforce

Job descriptionExceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills. Ability to build cross-functional consensus and lead complex solution initiatives. Experience enabling go-to-market efforts and creating growth opportunities through portfolio innovation. Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM / Cloud platforms. Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform rationalization strategies. Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus. Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks preferred.

Strategic Business Acumen
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product management, digital workplace transformation, or IT service strategy.
- Demonstrated success managing workforce-centric technology or service portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics.
- Ability to align technology capabilities to business value and workforce experience outcomes.
