WFM (Workforce Management) Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team focused on optimizing workforce resources to meet business objectives, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effectiveness. This involves forecasting staffing needs, creating schedules, managing real-timeperformance, and analysing data to improve efficiency and service levels.
EDUCATION : MBA in Business Administration or Equivalent
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement workforce strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to align with business goals.
Forecasting and Scheduling : Utilize historical data and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs, create efficient schedules, and manage time-off requests.
Real-time Management : Monitor and manage real-time performance, adjust staffing levels, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Performance Analysis : Analyse workforce data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a team of workforce analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
System Management : Oversee the WFM system, ensuring it's properly configured and maintained, and work with vendors for system upgrades and support.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies related to workforce.
Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including operations teams and senior management, regarding workforce performance and strategies.
