We are looking for a Practice Leader – GCP to drive capability growth, innovation, and practice leadership across Cloud Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI / ML solutions. This role is not tied to any single client project or billable assignment—it’s about building organizational capability and driving enterprise impact.

What You’ll Do :

• ️ Define the GCP practice vision and roadmap for Mastech Digital
• ️ Build and mentor a high-performing in-house GCP talent pool
• ️ Develop accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets for cloud-native solutions
• ️ Partner with delivery, sales, and clients as a subject matter authority
• ️ Champion innovation, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing in the GCP ecosystem
